How do I determine what size I should order?
If you are ordering ladies or children's riding breeches, our sizes run according to your waist measurements and are very true to size. We suggest measuring your waist or your child's waist prior to ordering. If you are considering a lowrise breech, then measure above your hips and not around the waist as this style sits lower on the waist.
Also, measure your inseam to determine the proper length. Each item indicates the inseam measurements. All our riding breeches are made with stretch fibers to provide you with the proper grip and ease of movement while both in and out of the saddle. Still not sure of a size? Included below is a pant sizing chart. This is only a comparative estimate.

If you are ordering footwear, a sizing chart is provided with each item under "more info". For show coats, our sizing is based on your chest measurements so measure around the bust area.

How long will it take to process my order?
In most cases, items are in stock and generally you order should arrive within 3-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are processed next business day. Occasionally an item may be backordered or sold-out by the manufacturer. If an item is on backorder or sold-out, you will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours of order submittal.
How do I track my order once it has been entered?
After you order has been submitted, an automatic email order confirmtation is sent which will contain a copy of your order. We suggest you retain a copy of this email, in case of a reutrn or exchange. You can also print a copy of your order after the checkout process. Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, tracking information will be available. You will receive another email notification with the carrier's tracking information. To track the status of your order shipment, logon to http://www.theequestriancorner.com/ and click on "Order Tracking" from the main navigation bar. Follow the steps provided for tracking an order. Please allow at least 24 hours after order has been processed (see "How long will it take to process my order") for tracking information to become available from our shipping carrier.
What methods of shipping do you offer?
We have chosen Federal Express Home Delivery as our standard shipping method. We chose Federal Express because they are fast, efficient, reasonable, reliable, and ship anywhere. Also, their prices are competitive with the market. Generally, if you have chosen standard shipping for your delivery method, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped. In addition to standard shipping, we also offer Fed Ex 2nd day delivery, Express Saver (3 day), next day, and next day Saturday. FedEx 2nd day air will be received on the second business day after your order has shipped. For example, if your order is placed before 11:30 pm, Eastern time on Thursday, your order will ship that day and will be received by Monday. If your order is placed after 11:30 pm, Eastern time on Thursday, your order will ship on Friday and be received by Tuesday. FedEx Express Saver (3 day) orders will be received on the third business day after your order has shipped. Please see our shipping page for details.
For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 will added to your order. For orders shipped to Canada and Mexico, a flat rate of $25.00 plus international handling fee of $10.00 will be added to your order total. All other countries a base rate of $35.00 plus international handling fee of $10.00 will be added to your order total. If the actual cost to ship your items is more or less that $35.00, we will add or substract to/from your order total and charge your credit card accordingly.
For international orders, please allow 3 weeks for standard USPS delivery. We can expedite delivery for international orders, however, rates will vary depending on the destination country. International shipping charges are based on destination, weight, and size of box, therefore, additional fees may apply once order is packed and weighted. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" by the delivery tracking reference number. If you have a concern as to where the package may be left, please have the package delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment.
Do you offering any Special Shipping Promotions?
Periodically during the year we may offer special shipping promotions (i.e. holidays) for a limited time only. The shipping rate is for economy ground shipping on orders shipped within the continental US (lower 48 states) only. Any returns on items purchased with a special shipping promotion are refunded less the full standard shipping rate. Please see our shipping page for details.
What if I have to return or exchange an item?
TheEquestrianCorner.com is dedicated to providing you the best quality products for the best price. If you need to return an item, we will accept returns of unused merchandise if received within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn with manufacturers' tags attached. Personalized item may not be returned. Once items are received, a refund will be issued in the original form or payment less shipping charges. Order cancellations over 60 days will be refunded via check. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping and handling costs. No return COD packages will be accepted. All exchange orders are subject to a flat rate of $7.95. Any items purchased via a "closeout sale" are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. We will honor exchanges on items purchased (except via a "closeout sale"), if requested item is in stock. If not available, backorders can be processed, another item can be selected, or a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
