This model search is offered by TheEquestrianCorner.com on behalf of JPC Equestrian, Inc. Contestants are subject to terms and conditions setforth below by JPC Equestrian, Inc.

1. To be eligible for JPC model search, participants must be aged 18 years or over or have parental consent.
2. Entries close at 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time on 31 August 2009.
3. By entering the contest, each participant confirms to JPC that the participant is legally able to enter the model search under the laws applicable to the participant's place of residence.
4. JPC reserves the right to exclude any person from the model search at its complete discretion.
5. JPC disclaims any responsibility for the inability to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, inadvertent disconnection, and acts of God or similar reason not the fault of JPC.
6. It is a condition of participating in the model search that the winners grant JPC, exclusive permission to use their names and photographs in connection with various promotions and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
7. Participants may be contacted in the future by JPC or TheEquestrianCorner.com for other promotional purposes.
8. Rules may be amended from time to time by JPC and will become effective when posted on the website.
9. The winners of the model search will be judged by JPC management.
10. JPC reserves the right to make the final judgment of which entree will be the successful winner of the model search. The judges' decision is final and no ongoing correspondence will be entered into.
11. The winners will be announced on JPC web sites on September 10, 2009.
12. Winners will be sent an outfit and they will be responsible for submitting high resolution images for the catalog.
13. Prizes will consist of JPC products worth $ 500 retail value.
14. To the extent permitted by law JPC will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of entry.
15. JPC reserves the right to refuse awarding any prize to a person who is determined to have violated a model search rule as outlined above, gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or obtained a winner status using fraudulent means.
16. JPC reserves the right to discontinue the contest at any stage for any reason.
17. All contestants must adhere to contest rules and regulations.
