We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages which have been marked as "delivered" when tracked via the delivery tracking reference number.  If you have a concern as to where the package may be left, please have the packaged delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.  Any undeliverable and returned packages will be re-shipped at standard shipping rate.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico

For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, an additional fee of $15.00 will added to selected shipping method.

International Orders

Please allow 48 hours for order processing and approximately 6 - 10 business days for delivery.  For orders shipped to Canada, an additional fee of $23.00 will be added to selected shipping method.  For all other international orders, please e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@TheEquestrianCorner.com or call Toll Free 1-866-908-1082 for a shipping quote.   Please supply destination city, country, and postal code when requesting a shipping quote.  International shipping charges are based on weight, destination, and size of box, therefore, additional fees may apply once order is packed and weighted.  Duties and taxes for shipments outside the Continential US are the responsibility of the customer.  International orders are subject to an additional order handling fee of $15.00.  We can expedite an international order, however, rates will vary depending on destination country.   Any additional shipping charges will be applied to original form of payment before order is shipped.   Orders must be paid in US Funds by international money order or Credit Card.

Additional Charges 

 - An additional shipping charge of $6 will be applied to oversized items.
 - Heavyweight items charges may vary.
 - Saddles require an additional handling fee of $8 per saddle.

Returns and Exchanges

The Equestrian Corner is dedicated to providing you the best quality products for the best price.  The Equestrian Corner will accept returns of unused merchandise if received within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the return/exchange form and/or original order receipt.  All returned merchandise must be unworn and returned in original packaging and/or boxes with all manufacturers' tags attached.  If not, a refund cannot be granted.   Return of tall riding boots is subject to a $10.00 re-stocking fee (this does not apply to exchanges).   Please use original or another shipping box when returning boots.  A $15.00 re-boxing fee will be applied to boots returned in just the boot box.   For theatre production companies only, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to orders over $200.00 if all items on order are returned (this does not apply to exchanges).   

Once items are received, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment less shipping and handling charges.  Returns received after 30 days of receipt will be refunded by store credit (except "Closeout Sale" items - see below).  Order cancellations over 60 days will be refunded via company check.  Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping and handling costs (see rate schedule above).   Returned items purchased via a special shipping promotion will be refunded less the full standard shipping rate (see rate schedule above).  Exchange shipping charge is flat rate of $8.95.  COD  packages will not be accepted.  

Customers are responsible for using proper packaging and purchasing insurance when returning an item.  If the item is not received back or is received in non-resellable condition, a refund cannot be extended.  Any items purchased via a "Closeout Sale"  are non-refundable or non-exchangeable.   Items on "closeout" will be identified at time of purchase.  We will honor exchanges on items purchased (except  via a "closeout sale"),  if requested item is in stock.  If not available, backorders can be processed, another same price selection can be made, or a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.   If an item(s) are being returned for replacement due to product defect, customers will be reimbursed for return shipping back to us at the standard shipping rate only. 

If you need to return a saddle, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.  If purchased as a holiday gift,  please contact us by January 3, 2008.  A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required on all saddle returns.  Please call our toll free customer service number at 866-908-1082  for an RMA#.  The RMA# should be placed both on the outside and inside of the box.  Items received without appropriate RMA# will be returned to customer.  There will be a $35.00 restocking fee on all returned saddles.
